Energy Control feature issue
Everything is ok, it does exactly what is on the description. We just got it installed and been using it for 3 days and observing it. I have observe that it's Energy Control automatically turn itself off during afternoon and runs on 100% power capacity and I have to manually get the remote and adjust the power capacity again. I don't know why and I hate it . I give a 3 rating for now until this gets answered.

Fast Cooling
I've been using this for 8 months now it has been cleaned 3 times already and i believe that the auto cleaning feature to dry out the coil is working 100% there no complaints from my service provider that there is too much dust buildup on the coil and no slimy gel on the unit they could not believe that the unit is running 12 hrs daily that i set on the auto on/off schedule via mobile app so i give this unit a 5 star.
Another very useful feature is the mobile app wherein you can switch on and off the unit remotely and schedule to automatically switch it on and off daily.

DAUGHTER’S SURPRISE REACTION
I got this installed also today (the same time with our new living room’s LG 2hp dual converter split type AC) and i just love my daughter’s reaction to her bedroom’s new 1.5hp dual converter split type AC. She was quite happy with how “classy” it looked in her bedroom. Typical of youngsters today, she immediately got on the internet and exclaimed that she can control it with her mobile phone with the ThinQ wifi connectivity. She told me it is a “cool” feature because she can turn the AC on a few minutes before she arrives from school or mall or wherever. I give this a 5 stars rating because my daughter love it.

Dependable brand,
I have and LG split type 2.0 hp and its been 5 years and its still cold. just gonnae keep cleaning every 6 months. and LG has a good warranty 1 year on parts and labor and 10 years for the compressor. im happy with my purchase.

If the warranty is going to be voided when installation is done by a third-party installer why there is a very slow service of installing the Split Type Aircon? It is okay to implement the voiding of the warranty if you are also implementing fast service or installation of the said product.
