    The following information outlines the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Life’s Good Celebration Sale Black November 2023 Promotion (“The Promotion”) run by LG Electronics S.A. (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

    The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are hosted on the Promoter’s website (https://www.lg.com/za) and are subject to South African law. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Promotion Period:


    30th October 2023 – 28th November 2023 both days inclusive.

    Nature of Promotion:



    1. For the Promotion Period, various selected LG Electronics products will be on sale as advertised in respective participating retail stores. Prices, promotions and availability may vary by retailer and between physical stores and online stores. Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock quantities are limited. Check with your local retailers for final price and availability.

    2. The Promotion rules may be amended by the Promoter at any time during the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel this Promotion in its entirety and/or its deal/value. In the event of an amendment, alteration and/or cancellation the Promoter will not compensate any customer for any reason whatsoever. The rules and/or any amendments thereto will be interpreted by the Promoter only.

    3. Promotional deals cannot be exchanged for alternate models or their cash value for any reason whatsoever.

    4. The Promoter may use personal information, supplied voluntarily by the customer, for marketing purposes for other products and campaigns/promotions.

    5. The Promoter will not share any customer personal information with any third party except where such disclosure is necessary to enable the Promoter to provide, deliver or in any other way give effect to these rules where such disclosure is required by law or where consent to Promoter sharing your personal information is obtained from customer(s) in advance.

    6. Customers can choose to opt-out of receiving communication from the Promoter at any time by responding to Promoter on the communication received.

    7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

    8. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a customer.

    9. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of customer/s, save for where any customer/s expressly elect to decline this.

    10. All customers indemnify the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and its associated companies (and their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents) against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Promotion.
